Throughput Chart
How much do we actually finish per week?
A line shows how many work items were resolved in each period. An optional trend line shows the average per week or month.
Which work items count
Work items from the chosen project or saved filter with a resolution date in the time window. Their status plays no part.
Periods
Each point is one period: an hour, day, week, month or year ("Period"). A period without resolved work items shows zero. The first period is complete, and the header shows where it starts, for example "Since 2026-09-28". The last one is still running, so it usually reads low; its tooltip says "Still running: counts up to now." See Periods. With daily or hourly grouping, weekends are shaded gray.
Trend line
The trend line is the average of the period values within each calendar week or month ("Trend granularity"), plotted at the last period of that week or month. It is not a rolling average. The tooltip says how many periods an average covers, for example "(average of 7 periods)".
